This Kikuichi Nakiri is made of a 67 layer nickel damascus with AUS10 core. It is hand hammered with a mirror finish and it’s octagonal handle is made of Ho-wood with a buffalo horn ferrule. Kikuichi Cutlery is a 750 year old company hand crafted in Nara Japan.
