Shipping:

Barring any unforseen circumstances, items will be shipped out within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding Sundays and Post Office holidays)

**Williams Cutlery and Gifts only ships within the United States. WE CANNOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. If you make a purchase using an shipping address outside of the country, your transaction will be canceled and you will be refunded via PayPal.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be undamaged in original undamaged box/packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Money will be refunded upon receipt of merchandise provided the item is undamaged with undamaged box/packaging. Damaged items cannot be returned.
